Sexual Harassment continues to be a problem, not only with female victims, but with an increasing number of males reporting their experiences as well. In order to understand sexual harassment and devise solutions, we first need to break it down. This is where Dr. Brent M. King comes into view.
Brent King is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Adams State College in Colorado. He has an MA in psychology and a Ph.D. in experimental psychology.
King takes a look at sexual harassment through numerous studies. He examines the differences in how men and women define sexual harassment, discusses the rates of victimization, and analyzes possible explanations for the occurrence of sexual harassment.
